What FwdEasy is
FwdEasy is a tool for businesses (mainly real estate brokers) to keep the listings, photos and documents they receive on WhatsApp in one private inventory, search it and share selected listings with their clients.
Who is responsible for what
Each business that uses FwdEasy (the "customer") decides what it stores and shares. For that content the customer is the controller and FwdEasy is a processor acting on its instructions. For account data (name, email, billing) FwdEasy is the controller.
What we collect
- Account data: business name, user names, email addresses and password hashes.
- Content the customer sends or uploads: listing texts, photos, documents, contact details of brokers and clients that the customer chooses to store.
- WhatsApp data: the phone numbers that a customer links to its account and the messages they send to the FwdEasy number. Messages from numbers that are not linked are not stored.
- Client link data: how many times a shared link was opened.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: store and organise the inventory, reply on WhatsApp, search, sort documents and create client pages. Listing texts and documents are processed by an AI service (Anthropic) to extract details and sort files; Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
On Cloudflare infrastructure with storage located in the European Union. Data is kept while the customer's account is active and deleted when the customer deletes it or closes the account.

Security
Accounts are separated from each other, passwords are stored as salted hashes, sessions are random and can be ended at any time, WhatsApp webhooks are verified, and client links show only what the customer selected and can be turned off.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of personal data. If your data was stored by a FwdEasy customer, contact that business first; you can also write to us at shimon.limor2022@gmail.com and we will pass the request on or answer it.
