Refund policy

FwdEasy is operated by Benefit Estate IKE, a company registered in Greece, Monis Kikkou 7, 11526 Athens, Greece ("we", "us"). Last updated: 23 October 2026.

Refunds are paid back to the original payment method.

Free trial first

Every account starts with a free 14-day trial with all features and no payment card, so you can be sure FwdEasy fits your work before you pay.

14-day refund on the first payment

If you are not happy with FwdEasy, you can ask for a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that payment. No questions asked.

Renewals

You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Renewal payments are not refunded for the remaining part of a period, except where the law requires it or where the service was not available because of a problem on our side.

Branded setup fee

The one-time setup fee of the Branded plan is refundable within 14 days if we have not yet started setting up your brand.

How to ask

Write to hello@fwdeasy.com with the email of your account, or reply to your payment receipt. Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days; the time until the money appears depends on your bank.
